Home Remedies For Glowing and Spotless Skin




Skin is very sensitive, and using chemicals is always harmful and may lead to serious side effects. We brought out some solutions to you which will make your skin fresh and glowing.
                                                                                 
1. Turmeric
Take 1/2 to1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 4 tablespoons gram flour, Milk. Blend the turmeric powder with the gram flour and milk to form a paste. Apply the paste to your face and skin . Abandon it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash with distill water. Use this process once or twice a week.

       

2. Coconut Oil 
Gently warm up the oil and apply on the face and neck. Message for a couple of minutes in delicate circular movements. Keep it whole night. You can add some sugar to the oil and utilize it as a scurb to your skin one or two days in a week.

3. Lemon
2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sugar. Blend the fixings and apply the blend all over. Scrub in a circular movement and abandon it on for 10 minutes. Flush off with warm water to uncover glowing skin. Apply the mixture for twice every week.

4. Papaya 
Take few pieces ripe papaya, 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder or Fuller's earth, 1 teaspoon honey. Include the sandalwood powder or Fuller's earth and honey to it. Blend all to get paste. Apply it over your face and neck. Keep it on for 20 minutes and afterward flush with cool water. Do this once each week.

            
5. Cucumber 
Take 1 little cucumber, 2-3 tablespoons yogurt. Mesh the cucumber and add the yogurt to it. Beat it appropriately. Apply it to your skin. Wait for five minutes until it dries and wash with icy water. Repeat this once in each three to four days.

6. Honey 
 Apply honey equitably on clean and wet skin. Message it for a couple of minutes and abandon it on for five minutes. Wash the honey off with tepid water. Apply honey to each substitute day.

7. Orange Peel
 
Take few orange peel and 2 teaspoons rose water. Pound the orange peel with the rose water to shape a paste. Apply everywhere throughout the face and abandon it for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water. Repeat this once every couple of days.
  
8. Milk
  Take 2 teaspoons milk, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon gram flour. Blend every one of the fixings to form a homogenous paste. Apply everywhere throughout the face and abandon it on for 20 minutes. Enable the pack to dry. Flush off with lukewarm water. Apply this twice every week.

 9. Banana
   
Take A ripe banana, 2 teaspoons milk, An ice cube. Mash the banana in the milk and apply it on the skin. Wait for 15 minutes. Wash with water. Rub an ice cube all over the area for few seconds. Apply the mixture on your face once or twice a week for better result.

10. Aloe Vera  
Take 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel, small amount of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon milk. Mix all the ingredients. Apply this mixture on the skin equitably. Wait for about 20 minutes. Wash with warm water. Apply this face pack twice a week.
11. Olive Oil
 Take 1 tablespoon olive oil, A small soft towel, Warm water. Take a few drops of oil on your fingertips, and apply it all over the face and neck. Massage in upward circles for two to three minutes. Dip the towel in the warm water, remove the excess water, and place this on the face for 30 to 40 seconds. Dip the towel again in the warm water and gently wipe away the oil with it. Pat your skin dry with a paper towel if required. Do this every night before going to bed.

12. Rose Water
Take Rose water, Cotton ball. Keep the rose water in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Dip the cotton ball in the rose water and apply it on your skin. Repeat this every morning and evening.

13. Green Tea
Take 1 tablespoon green tea leaves, 1 cup water, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cream. Boil the tea leaves in water. When they impart color, remove from the heat. Cool it, add the brown sugar and cream, and mix well. Apply all over the face and scrub gently in circular motions. Keep it for 10 minutes. Wash with cold water. Apply this once or twice a week.

14. Baking Soda 
Take 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon honey. Mix all the ingredients. Apply the mixture on damp face and neck using circular motions. Wait for 10 minutes. Rinse with cool water and pat dry. Moisturize as usual. Apply this face pack once a week.


 15. Ubtan  
 Take 1 cup split red lentils or chickpea flour, 1/4 cup raw rice, 8-9 almonds, 1/2 cup oatmeal, A pinch of turmeric, Water or rose water. Grind the lentils, rice, and almonds separately or together. To this powdered mixture, add the oatmeal and turmeric powder. Mix well and add enough water or rose water to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste evenly on the face. You can also apply this pack all over the body. Let the pack dry. Then, wash with normal water. Use this ubtan once in a week. 
16. Cod Liver Oil

Prick open the liver oil capsules and apply the oil present inside on the face and neck. Massage it for one or two minutes. keep it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse with water. You can also use a mild cleanser. Apply cod liver oil once every day.
17. Saffron  
Take 1 tablespoon honey, A couple of strands of saffron. Soak the saffron strands in the honey for two or three minutes. Apply this honey on the face and neck. wash After 10 minutes. Apply saffron-injected honey three to four times in seven days.
