1. Cinnamon And Papaya Juice

2. Tomato And Lime Juice
Tomatoes are fond of vitamins and minerals that helps to prevent obesity and hypertension. Limes are rich in Vitamin C that regulates satiety and body weight. Take 1 cup tomato, ½ cup lime juice. Blend the tomatoes into a blender and blend well. Add lime juice and stir
well.
        
3. Pineapple Drink 
Pineapple contains bromelain, which cuts inflammation and prevents blood clot. Cinnamon helps to lower blood glucose. Take 1 cup pineapple, 2 tablespoon lime juice, ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder. Blend pineapple into a blender and blend well. Add cinnamon powder, lime juice and Stir well.
4. Coconut Water
Coconut water helps in weight loss by reducing appetite and increasing satiety. Fennel seeds stimulate digestion, prevents bloating, indigestion, and nausea. A clean colon helps in proper absorption of nutrients and helps to remove toxins resulting in weight loss. Take 1 cup coconut water, ¼ cup pineapple, ½ teaspoon ground fennel seeds. Blend the pineapple in a blender. Add the coconut water and ground fennel seeds and mix well.
